Street Magic® Cycle Products Signal Stabilizer™ Installation Instructions
All 1999 to Present Harley-Davidson models Except 2004 to Present Sportsters and V-Rod models

1) Locate stock connector block for taillight/turn signals.

2) Unplug main harness connector from fender harness connector.

3) Plug Signal Stabilizer™ in between these two connectors.

4) Test signals for proper operation. Test Alarm for proper operation, if equipped.

5) Although most models within this year range will use these instructions, there maybe some units that will require use of the instructions listed below for proper operation.

All other years and models of Harley-Davidson motorcycles not listed above.

1) Remove connector blocks from Signal Stabilizer™ by cutting Orange, Purple, Brown and Black wires coming from Signal Stabilizer™ as close to connector blocks as possible.

2) Locate wires going to rear directional lights.

3) Attach Purple wire from Signal Stabilizer™ unit to left side rear directional wire (Commonly Purple) using Posi-Tap connectors supplied with kit.

4) Attach Brown wire from Signal Stabilizer™ unit to Right side rear directional wire
(Commonly Brown) using Posi-Tap connectors supplied with kit.

5) Attach Orange wire from Signal Stabilizer™ unit to a keyed 12 volt power source. A good source for this “keyed” power is the wire that supplies the tail light running light circuit (Commonly Blue or Orange)

6) Attach Black wire from Signal Stabilizer™ unit to a suitable ground source.

7) Test signals for proper operation.

8) Test Alarm, if equipped, for proper operation.
